Job Responsibilities |
* Job Responsibilities * Executive & Administrative Support * • Assist the MD & Editor in managing all daily affairs of the office with utmost confidentiality. * • Maintain the MD’s calendar by coordinating appointments, meetings, conferences, and events. * • Act as the first point of contact for calls, emails, and correspondence; greet guests and prioritize as needed. * • Manage the day-to-day other activities including note-taking, filing, scheduling. * • Maintain and preserve confidential documents, records, and important files systematically. * Communication & Correspondence * • Take dictation and compose correspondence on behalf of the MD & Editor. * • Communicate effectively with individuals, government, private, and international organizations. * • Handle all types of official, business, and other correspondence independently. * • Compose confidential letters and memorandums in response to inquiries in both Bangla and English. * Travel & Event Management * • Make domestic and international travel arrangements, including flight, hotel, visa, transportation, and venue booking. * • Ensure proper coordination of site visits, meetings, and events involving the MD & Editor. * • Occasionally accompany the MD & Editor during travel to assist with note-taking and logistical support. * Meeting & Documentation * • Arrange and coordinate internal/external meetings, prepare agendas, collect materials, and record minutes. * • Circulate minutes and follow up with stakeholders on assigned action items. * • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for the MD & Editor. * • Support in planning and execution of professional conferences, training sessions, and strategic meetings. * Liaison & Coordination * • Liaise with government officials, media, private stakeholders and others. * • Serve as a central coordination point for communication among departments and external bodies. * • Follow up with concerned persons on tasks assigned by MD & Editor and report progress. * Secretarial Duties * • Manage secretarial functions for the MD & Editor. * • Manage databases of contracts, and engagements. * • Draft meeting agendas, coordinate documentation, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action points * • Manage social media activities of the MD & Editor or organization as needed. |

Additional Requirements |
Age at least 30 years • Only male candidate is allowed to apply and age can be relaxed, if found sufficiently intelligent & potential. • Proven experience in roles such as Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or Public Relations Officer. • Must be smart, sincere, trust worthy, and possess a pleasant personality with a strong sense of professionalism. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment. • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines. • Must be proactive, innovative, and capable of working independently as well as under pressure. • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and integrity in handling sensitive information. • Strong problem-solving ability, with great attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. • Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends, if required. • Must be self-motivated, resourceful, and committed to continuous learning & development. • Must be well groomed, articulated and intelligent. • Must possess good written and oral communication skills both in English & Bangla. • Must be well competent/conversant in computer literacy & knowledge. |
