Job Context
Job Responsibilities
* Warmly greet and professionally welcome visitors, clients, and candidates.

* Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.

* Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.

* Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.

* Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.

* Maintain visitor logs and issue security badges as necessary.

* Provide basic information and respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and email.

* Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and filing.

* Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.

* Ensure the front office security procedures are followed; and

* Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements
Age 20 to 25 years 2-3 years’ experience in relevant areas. Competent in using MS Office applications. Excellent inter-personal skills along with excellent proficiency in English. and Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
