| * Operation: * Responsible for Cutting * Ensure Sewing sections line feeding without interruption. * Maximize the cut to order and Max Ship * Monitoring and Controlling: * Monitoring Cutting production overall performance and daily operating to achieve the goals and objectives * Monitoring cutting FPY & Efficiency to achieve highest quality & productivity * Monitor and control materials, equipment and accessories in cutting section to be ready for daily operation * Monitor cutting production and ensure minimum utilization of man, machine and material in the cutting section. * Checking whether technical information are conveyed properly to route level in case of both new lay and any changes. * Any other job assign by management |
