| * Job Overview: * As Branch In-Charge, you will be responsible for leading the overall operations of a Torr retail store. From sales targets to team performance, from visual merchandising to customer experience, you’ll be the driving force ensuring your outlet represents the best of Torr. * Key Responsibilities: * Sales & Brand Performance: * Drive sales to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets using Torr’s ERP and real-time POS insights. * Strategize local-level promotions to boost footfall and conversion. * Customer Experience: * Ensure premium service that reflects Torr’s youthful, fashion-forward identity. * Personally handle escalations and build long-term customer loyalty. * Team Leadership: * Lead, motivate, and develop your in-store team to perform at their best. * Schedule shifts, maintain staff discipline, and uphold grooming standards. * Visual Merchandising & Store Ambience: * Maintain world-class visual merchandising in line with brand campaigns like Torr Summer Tee Fest or Torr Ethnic Drop. * Keep the store floor clean, attractive, and photo-ready at all times. * Inventory & Stock Management: * Oversee barcode-wise stock intake, tracking, and refill. * Identify fast-moving SKUs and coordinate timely replenishments from the HO/warehouse. * Cash Handling & Reporting: * Ensure smooth POS operations and end-of-day cash reconciliation. * Share daily sales, basket size, footfall, and performance metrics through ERP. * Compliance & Loss Prevention: * Enforce anti-theft protocols, health & safety SOPs, and compliance with brand standards. * Conduct regular audits and reviews to keep shrinkage minimal. |
