| Job Responsibilities |
| * esponsibilities: * 1. Accounting & Bookkeeping: * -Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations. * -Ensure timely and accurate closing of monthly and annual books of accounts. * -Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with applicable accounting standards. * 2. Financial Reporting: * -Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and supporting schedules. * -Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis. * -Ensure data accuracy for audits and management reporting. * 3. Taxation & Statutory Compliance: * -Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Income Tax filings. * -Coordinate with consultants and auditors for tax assessments, statutory audits, and internal audits. * -Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations. * 4. Treasury & Cash Flow: * -Monitor day-to-day cash flows and bank transactions. * -Assist in fund planning and ensure timely vendor/employee payments. * -Manage petty cash and coordinate with banks for routine operations. * 5. Internal Controls & Process Improvement: * -Implement and monitor internal control procedures. * -Suggest improvements in financial processes for better efficiency and accuracy. * -Ensure proper documentation and standardization of financial processes. * 6. Team Supervision & Coordination: * -Guide and supervise junior accountants and finance executives. * -Review work to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. * -Coordinate with other departments (procurement, HR, operations) for financial inputs. |
