The glue that binds us together is team spirit and dedication to bringing smiles to children's faces – Our customers are the heartbeat of Babuland. * Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and proactive Supply Chain Manager to oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations at Babuland. This role will ensure timely procurement, efficient logistics, and strategic vendor management across our multi-branch operation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supply chain optimization and strong leadership capabilities to support our rapid expansion. * Job Responsibilities: * Strategically manage sourcing, procurement, logistics, and inventory for amusement equipment, food & beverage, and merchandise. * Identify, evaluate, and engage vendors to ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness. * Oversee inventory across all locations and warehouses, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting. * Coordinate with multiple departments (Operations, events, marketing, finance) to meet operational demands. * Maintain supply chain compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards (BFSA, BSTI, etc.). * Implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives across supply chain functions. * Prepare performance reports on supply chain KPIs and supplier efficiency * Conduct market research to assess supply trends and price fluctuations * Ensure logistics efficiency by optimizing routes and delivery schedules * Any other tasks assigned by management * Employment Status: Full-time * Job Location: Dhaka (with frequent visits to Babuland branches as needed) |

| Additional Requirements |
| Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or relevant field. Professional certification (e.g. CSCP, PMP, etc.) is an advantage. Experience Requirements: 5–7 years of experience in supply chain operations (preferably in FMCG, hospitality, retail, or amusement industries). Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex vendor networks. Additional Requirements: Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Strong knowledge of ERP/inventory systems. Ability to work independently with a solution-oriented mindset. Understanding of franchise-based business supply chain is a plus. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data reporting tools. |
