| Job Responsibilities |
| * • Over all activities in production department; * • Achieve production target consistently; * • Ensure that all the garments are produced in right quality and delivered on time; * • Ensure and maintain proper working conditions and compliance requirements at work place; * • Make necessary production plan as per the shipment schedule. * • Planning of work process of all unit in the factory; * • Perform and manage complex and sensitive professional planning for production, research and analysis; * • Deploy research methods and statistical principles related to production planning and development; * • Serve as liaison and performs all necessary functions in support of Production Planning; * • Assigns work to professional staff and ensure appropriate training is provided; * • Evaluates operations and activities of assigned responsibilities;• Prepare reports on operations and activities, recommending improvements and modifications; * • Establish Principles and practices of supervision, training and personnel management; * • Ensure that goods and services are produced at the correct time, cost, and quality; * • Manage factory relationships and long-term factory development; * • Ensure that lead time are tracked, and manage critical path to meet customer delivery; * Prepare and submit necessary reports required by the Management. |
