| Job Responsibilities |
| * Implement and maintain traceability systems in line with customer requirements, internal standards, and global sustainability protocols. * Ensure accurate data collection, documentation, and validation for all stages of the supply chain, from raw material sourcing to finished goods. * Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., knitting, dyeing, cutting, sewing, finishing, sourcing, QA, logistics) to collect, verify, and manage traceability-related data. * Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and third-party service providers to gather and validate traceability information. * Maintain and update traceability systems or platforms (e.g., GOTS, OCS, OekoTex, BCI or other traceability software). * Prepare reports, summaries, and dashboards for internal stakeholders and external buyers. * Support third-party audits, certifications, and verification processes related to traceability and sustainability. * Conduct internal assessments to identify gaps in traceability practices and recommend improvements. * Provide training and guidance to production and relevant teams on traceability processes and standards. * Stay informed about industry best practices, buyer expectations, and emerging traceability technologies. * Garments TC handling to face all kind of traceability audit. |
