| * Work closely with the design teams to involve in bring Innovations and sustainable products to table. * End-to-end responsibility in the process of business development, order execution. * Provide ongoing training, development and constructive feedback to teams to ensure employee development and succession planning for driving high performance. * Design packs/development sample process for relevant season/phases. * Feedback follow up on each season customer sign-offs with narrow down Styles. * Sourcing fabrics/trims and innovation developments follow-ups. * Capacity allocations and production follow-ups. * Shipment process & customer communications. |
