| Job Responsibilities |
| * A leading group a company is looking for a dynamic, energetic Manager who have to work under the department of Manufacturing Excellence for better outcome for RGM Division, Textile Division & Garments trims and accessories industry. * Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS). * Ensure Technical compliance with relevant industry standards * Lead internal and external quality audits; manage audit schedules and RCA/CAPA. * Oversee document control processes, quality manuals, procedures, and records. * Train employees on QMS requirements and best practices. * Monitor key quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives. * Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product and process quality. * Manage supplier quality programs and ensure vendor compliance with quality standards |

| Strong knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory frameworks relevant to the industry. Experience with internal and external audits. Organizational and project management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency with QMS tools, TQM, PDCA, QCS. |
