| Job Responsibilities |
| * Lead and develop a sizable team of QA and QC, and responsible for all quality related activities/issues. * Lead and manage the overall quality control and quality assurance functions for garment manufacturing. * Develop and enforce quality standards, procedures, and best practices across all facilities. * Supervise quality audits, inspections, and testing throughout the production lifecycle. * Strong adherence regarding Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) of 1.5% or 1.5% AQL. * Identify quality issues and analyze complex problems; recommend and implement preventive and/or corrective actions. * Monitor and support the quality issues and communicate with audit and pre inspection team. * Maintain effective communications with members of the buying, merchandising and production, planning, CAD, Logistics and some other departments. * Evaluate staff performance, disciplinary matters, training needs and their career development. * Ensures that safety, quality and maintain compliance issues are taken as part of the job. * Analyze quality performance data and implement corrective and preventive actions. * Provide training and mentorship to QA/QC staff to build a culture of quality and accountability. * Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure materials and finished goods meet quality requirements. * Lead internal and external audits and manage corrective action plans. * Report to senior leadership on quality performance, risks, and improvement opportunities. |
