| Job Responsibilities |
| * Job Responsibilities: * Planning, checking, follow-up, monitoring, and reporting activities of Quality Assurance. * Giving quality assurance solutions to vendors and clients and managing clients on quality regional visits. * Leading a team in the Quality and Technical Department. * Continuous Improvement systems and directly managing the Quality and Continuous Improvement functions. * Directed the Fit & Quality function in order to provide Quality Assurance and Quality Control prior and throughout the production cycle to the delivery of finished products. * Proactive and highlighting the issues well in advance. * Having Seasonal meetings to proactively highlight and ensure preventive action post review of styles. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Develop the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the garments. * Responsible for overall quality assurance/Quality Control. * Setting Q.A team and ensuring that targets are achieved in any other task assigned by the higher authority. |

| Age 30 to 45 years Minimum 5 Years in the same position & overall 12 years relevant experience including Liaison Office, Local buying house. PDS working experience will be preferable. Computer Knowledge. Expatriates also can apply. Candidate with a minimum 5 years’ experience in the same position & overall minimum 12 years’ experience required. Local Buying house experience will be Preferable. The candidate should be technically sound in Garment Quality & manufacturing process and Apparel production. Good email writing skills are required for this position. The applicants should have experience in Quality control/ Audit/ Inspection/ Production in Garments (Woven/Sweater/Knit). |
