| Job Responsibilities |
| * Ensure sample handling and report generation are carried out accurately as per SOPs, methods, and client requirements. * Maintain clients’ agreed TAT (Turnaround Time) for all test results. * Prepare for all types of audits, both internal and external. * Receive and record complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. * Coordinate with the QA team and update records in alignment with the Quality Policy. * Organize and monitor training, quality checks, and staff productivity. * Check and sign off on test reports to ensure accuracy. |
