| * In charge of bulk washing, garment washing, finishing, and coordination tasks. * Executing the production strategy requires the ability to collaborate with the manufacturing and merchandising teams. * Ensuring consistent quality, standardized production, timely delivery of products, and optimal machine performance. * Evaluate, manage, and minimize costs and waste. * Guarantee effective production by providing technical evaluations and ongoing analysis. * Plan and manage tasks, including necessary collaboration with other department leaders. * Adhere to operational policies, procedures, and guidelines. * Strive to wash garments from specific orders within the budget allocated by the corresponding merchandiser. * Create and track a monthly budget to achieve the goals of the organization. |
