| * Responsible for supervising all testing activities. * Perform, review, and verify test reports to ensure they meet customer requirements. * Manage and develop the laboratory team, ensuring testing is completed on time and meets customer satisfaction. * Supervise all correlation and proficiency tests and coordinate communication with clients. * Verify test results, incoming materials, and the quality of consumables. * Maintain 3Z (Zero Defect, Zero Waste, Zero Accident) in all aspects. |
