| Job Responsibilities |
| * Able to handle customer independently by following up from the sample stage to up to final inspection. GAP Inc or Kohls Customer experience highly preferred as a Certified GPQ (Product- Must experience on Knit item) * Quality-improving work of different sewing operations and implementation in the factory sewing line. * Develop and implement quality control processes, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency, reliability, and compliance with quality standards and regulations. * Conduct inspections and audits of production processes, materials, components, and finished products or services to identify quality issues, defects, or non-conformities. * Working with engineering, production, and other departments to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions. * Ensure all inspection and test data accurately recorded and documented, and maintain records of quality control procedures. * Monitor and control quality at every stage of garment production: cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing. * Review buyer specifications, ensure compliance with technical files, and sample approvals. * Conduct inline, end line, and final inspections according to AQL standards. * Coordinate with production, Merchandising, and Technical teams to identify proactively potential quality issues. * Maintain detailed QA documentation and reporting systems for internal and external audits. * Implement continuous improvement plans to reduce defects and rework. * Train and guide QA inspectors and line quality staff for better performance and accuracy. * Liaise with buyers’ QA representatives during inspections and audits. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and social responsibility standards related to product quality. |
