| Job Responsibilities |
| * Assist the Field Facilitator in the effective implementation of project activities at the grassroots level; * Prepare and execute weekly action plans aligned with project timelines; * Conduct regular field visits; collect relevant documents, data, and prepare comprehensive field reports * Mobilize community groups and stakeholders to ensure participatory engagement; * Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, awareness campaigns, and other outreach programs; * Support the preparation of periodic progress and evaluation reports; * Liaise with government and non-government organizations, media, local leaders, and community representatives; * Ensure documentation and reporting comply with donor and organizational requirements * Monitor project impact and suggest improvements to field strategies. |

| Additional Requirements |
| Age at most 40 years Minimum 3 years of experience in field-based roles, preferably in NGOs or community-based projects; Prior experience in community mobilization, legal awareness, environmental or developmental projects will be considered an asset;· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups;· Proficiency in both Bangla and English (spoken and written); Competency in MS Office applications and internet; Must be self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.· Willingness to travel frequently within the region. |
