| * We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to lead the end-to-end supply chain operations for a Polymer division. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and excellence across procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, and distribution functions. * Lead procurement activities including sourcing, supplier negotiation, contract management, and vendor development. * Develop and implement robust supply chain strategies aligned with the company’s production and growth targets. * Coordinate with production, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless demand and supply planning. * Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock to reduce holding costs without affecting service levels. * Establish strong relationships with local and international suppliers to ensure timely availability of raw materials. * Improve delivery and reduce transport costs by making logistics and distribution more efficient. * Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. * Analyze supply chain data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement initiatives. * Guide and mentor supply chain team members to enhance performance and professional development. * Report to senior management with insights and recommendations for strategic decisions. |
