Job Responsibilities |
* Human Resources * Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation processes * Develop, update, and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws * Handle HR compliance matters, including audits, labor inspections, and internal reporting * Prepare and maintain HR analytics dashboards, reports, and manpower summaries * Oversee KPI development and performance monitoring for departments and individuals * Coordinate and administer the performance appraisal system * Manage employee relations, grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary issues * Identify training needs and organize internal/external training sessions * Administration * Oversee administrative operations of both office and plant environments * Manage vendor relationships, logistics, and procurement of office/plant supplies * Ensure safety, cleanliness, and discipline throughout the workplace * Maintain asset records, attendance logs, and employee benefit databases * Assist in compliance checks and documentation for certifications and audits |
