| * Performing routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on looms to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance. * Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical problems, potentially including minor repairs or notifying supervisors of more complex issues. * Adjusting loom settings and production parameters to maximize efficiency, fabric quality, and throughput. * Identifying and addressing weaving defects in fabric, including filler and warp end issues. * Maintaining records of loom production, maintenance, and repairs for compliance and reporting. * May involve training and mentoring junior technicians. * Performing all duties in a safe manner, adhering to safety protocols and regulations. * Capability to follow and monitor daily production activities to meet delivery deadlines * Should be cooperative in resolving floor control and compliance-related issues |
