| * Need to support our foreign design house in different destination (UK AUSTRALIA SCHENGEN COUNTRY) * Need to be good in hand painting. * Ensure client replies / inquiries are handled promptly and accurately. * Maintain a strict target reply time or at least ensuring a firm deadline of feedback. * Maintain a high level of situational awareness regarding market trends, customer requirements and our product/company niche. * Thoroughly well versed with the designated customers in terms of their color match / design and printing. * Use personal judgment and initiative to develop effective and constructive solutions. * Liaise with other departments to establish and maintain effective communication. * Research and Investigate information enabling Strategic Decision making. * Develop knowledge & info about competitor activity. |
