| Job Responsibilities |
| * Responsible for handling Finishing Unit independently ensuring shipment target with desired quality. * Monitor the finishing related process in order to meet on time shipment. * Have to maintain close relation & Team work with Production & Cutting for on time shipment. * Plan and assign orders to finishing section and follow-up hourly, daily target. * Monitor quality continuously and set correction plans. * Maintain level of trims, accessories and WIP across the finishing floor. * Proper utilization of man, machine & material and ensure on time delivery with highest efficiency. * Coordinate with team & buyer representative for on time inspections. * Able to follow shipment plan and achieve set packing targets, identifying bottlenecks and quick balancing finishing lines as and when required, analyzing individual workers performance. * Maintain floor discipline. * Any other tasks assigned by the Management. |

| Age 32 to 36 years Experienced on Knit Garments. Candidate should have able to take handle the production pressure and meet deadlines. Candidate should have ability for taking any kind of work challenge. |
