Job Context

Job Responsibilities
* Sampleman (Male/Female) for Japanese Woven Garments Factory * Job Location: Kumkumary, Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka. * Sample Preparation * Stitch development samples (proto, fit, size set, pre-production) based on tech packs or instructions. * Understand garment construction and follow specifications precisely (e.g., stitching type, seam allowance, trims). * Technical Understanding * Read and interpret measurement charts, construction details, and buyer comments. * Use correct machines and sewing techniques based on fabric and garment style (shirts, trousers, jackets, etc.). * Collaboration * Coordinate with the sample coordinator, pattern master, and merchandiser to understand style requirements. * Provide feedback on pattern or construction issues to improve the fit and appearance of the sample. * Quality Focus * Ensure high-quality stitching and finishing in line with buyer expectations. * Check measurement and visual appearance before sample submission * Deliver samples within given timelines to support the production approval process.
