| Job Responsibilities |
| * Garments Sewing Technician (Male/Female) for Japanese Woven Garments Factory * Job Location: Kumkumary, Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka. * Observe the garments sewing process accuracy on regular basis. * Ensuring that the samples produced are with high quality & according to the details specified. * Work closely with the sample and merchandising teams to ensure accurate sample preparation. * Ensure all patterns are production-friendly and cost-efficient. * Assist in technical problem-solving related to pattern issues during sampling or production. * Ensure adherence to buyer standards and specifications. * Provide input on construction techniques and garment balance. * Collaborate with quality control, knitting, and finishing teams to ensure smooth workflow and product accuracy. * Must know about both washed and non-washed garments. * Good communication and teamwork skills to work with the production, merchandising & Finishing teams. * Ensure technical specifications and garment construction meet buyer standards. * Train and guide production teams on machinery, technical adjustments, and finishing techniques. * Analyze production issues and provide solutions to improve efficiency and reduce defects. * Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and safety practices. * Troubleshoot technical issues on the production floor in real-time. * Conduct root cause analysis for production delays and recommend process engineering solutions. * Makes best efforts to create congenial work environment what is called "win-win situation"Need to monitor the excess shipment;Reduce the non-used manpower; |
