Our state-of-the-art facilities and skilled workforce ensure that we meet the diverse needs of our global clientele. * Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of sweater production, from order receipt to shipment, ensuring that all customer requirements are met with the highest standards of quality and efficiency. * Key Responsibilities: * Receive and review customer orders, ensuring all specifications and requirements are clearly understood and documented. * Coordinate with the design and sampling departments to develop samples that meet buyer specifications. * Source and procure necessary materials, including yarns, trims, and accessories, ensuring timely availability for production. * Collaborate with the production team to ensure that manufacturing processes align with customer requirements and timelines. * Monitor production processes to maintain high-quality standards, conducting inspections at various stages to ensure compliance with buyer specifications. * Maintain clear and consistent communication with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations and address any issues promptly. * Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation, including purchase orders, production schedules, and shipment plans. * Ensure timely shipment of finished products, coordinating with logistics to meet delivery deadlines. |
