* Experience as a strategic HR professional providing effective HR leadership aligned with business requirements, managing full range of HR services, Leadership Development Programs and driving engagement between employees and management. * Orchestrated integrated workforce management, overseeing strategic recruitment, talent acquisition, on-boarding, and skill development to support the growth plans of startups and business expansion. * Rich experience in managing a wide spectrum of corporate general administrative activities including facility management travel management, medical insurance and corporate safety. * Developed business and financial plans, designed HR policies, managed strategic alliances, and implemented sales and delivery effectiveness plans. * Ensured alignment of individual and company goals by instituting a new performance management process; added KPis as a component of the performance evaluation program. |
