Job Responsibilities
* We are a reputed multinational organization seeking a skilled HR & Admin Executive to join our dynamic team. This role demands a proactive individual with exceptional organizational skills, strong knowledge of labor laws, and the ability to manage HR and administrative functions efficiently.

* Key Responsibilities:

* Legal Compliance: Ensure HR compliance with Bangladesh Labor Laws as the primary focus, along with labor laws and regulations of other countries where the company operates.
* Employee Management: Manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and performance evaluations.
* Administrative Oversight: Oversee daily administrative operations, maintaining accurate records and ensuring a smooth workflow.
* Visa and Documentation Processes: Handle visa processing, renewals, work permits, and updates for trade licenses with precision.
* Policy Development: Develop and implement company policies and procedures in alignment with local regulations.
* Conflict Resolution: Address employee grievances and mediate disputes professionally, maintaining a positive work environment.
* Training and Development: Develop training booklets and modules, and conduct regular training sessions for both new incumbents and current employees to ensure professional growth and compliance.
* Employee Growth Facilitation: Organize workshops and training to improve employee skills and enhance compliance awareness.
* Record Management and Reporting: Generate detailed business reports and ensure accuracy in all documentation.

Additional Requirements
Requirements: Experience: At least 5 years in HR and administrative roles. Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Laws and labor regulations internationally. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools. Excellent English communication skills (knowledge of additional languages is a plus). Mindset: A mature, accountable, and professional individual who can adapt to organizational needs. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and take responsibility without providing excuses. Willingness to relocate globally as per company decision, supported by a valid passport.
