To accelerate our expansion in Dhaka, we invite motivated professionals to join our sales and operations team! * Marketing Manager - Job Description * • Enrichment of Work Content * • Channel Strategy Formulation * • According to the company's overall market planning, subdivide each administrative district/business district in Dhaka and formulate differentiated channel development and maintenance strategies; * • Regularly evaluate channel ROI, optimize resource investment and line layout. * • Deepen customer relationship * • Establish and maintain long-term cooperation with key customers (teahouses, snack bars, chain retailers, vendor agents), and formulate customer classification management plans; * • Regularly visit VIP customers, provide sample tasting, training support and promotion plan follow-up. * • On-site promotion and brand promotion * • Cooperate with market activities (tasting, holiday promotions, joint marketing) to implement and implement, track the results and collect front-line feedback; * • Summarize market trends and competitive product activities, and put forward improvement suggestions. * • Follow up on orders and collections * • Receive and review customer orders to promote sales collection; * • Work with dispatch and collection coordinators to ensure timely collection of accounts receivable. * • Report and data management * • Use CRM/Excel to update customer information, sales progress and inventory status in real time; * • Submit market development reports every week, and produce KPI achievement analysis and action plans for the next month every month. * Deepening of goal orientation * KPI indicator management: * • Core indicators such as personal monthly/quarterly sales, customer coverage, payment collection rate, and number of new channels; * • Update and monitor daily, and quickly adjust the action plan when deviations occur. * Data-driven decision-making: * • Trend analysis through CRM system and Excel reports to predict demand in the next three months; * • Regularly organize regional review meetings to identify bottlenecks and formulate improvement measures. * Motivation and self-drive: * • Set personal growth goals (such as the number of customers visited per month and sales increase rate), and self-supervise implementation; * • Actively share successful cases and team experience to improve overall combat effectiveness. * • IV. Additional Requirements |
Age 25 to 45 years • 3-5 years of sales experience in FMCG/food and snacks industry: at least participated in a full year of market distribution and payment collection closed loop; • Regional management and team coaching: have experience in leading or guiding a team of 1-2 people, and can provide business guidance and accompanying visits to newcomers; • Channel expansion practical cases: familiar with channel negotiations, pricing strategies and commission system design, and can independently complete the entire process from customer evaluation to contract negotiation; • Financial and P&L awareness: understand the basic cost, gross profit and terminal selling price calculation, and can reasonably adjust prices and promotion efforts based on market feedback. • Must have relevant experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry. • For example, snacks, potato chips, shrimp sticks, etc. |
