| Job Responsibilities |
| * Ensure Buyer wise finish fabrics delivery on time as per T&A plan. * Ensure finish fabric delivery with full quantity, and with full package. * Collect fabric booking sheet for each order & do study and check fabric specification detail (color, auxiliaries, consumption, booking qty in kg as well as in pcs, process loss). * Collect overall detail position of all orders of assigned buyer from grey receiving , batching, dyeing, finishing, delivery & upto closing the orders. * Communicate with cutting for every order cutting closing. * Follow up knitting plan of every order and try to solve is there any order behind from batch plan by discussing with dyeing machine planner. * Follow up the dyeing machine plan to make sure on time finish fabrics delivery of every order and try to solve is there any order behind from delivery plan by discussing with dyeing machine planner. * Communicate with Merchandiser for any kinds of approval to do bulk production on time. * Communicate with store proactively for yarn issues, to do knitting production on time. * Follow up batch to batch delivery and calculate the process loss, if it is high then communicate with production concern to solve the issue proactively. * Keep necessary records and documents of each specific order's batch to batch dyeing, delivery and process loss. * Coordinate with knitting, dyeing and garments for shipment and line feeding constraint orders. * Collect fabric booking sheet for each order & do study and check fabric specification detail (color, auxiliaries, consumption, booking qty in kg as well as in pcs, process loss). * Get size set fabric requirement T&A plan for each order & coordinate with knitting, dyeing & finishing concern to deliver fabric on time. * Check actual consumption, marker and cutting method & troubleshoot of problematic orders. * Summarize lot wise cutting and analyze of problematic orders. * Coordinate with all concern for booking consumption and process loss relevant problems. * Proceed EFR (excess fabric requirement) due to inferior quality of fabric and high CPR (cut panel rejection) to best utilize fabric. * Proceed NNFR (no need fabric requirement) and as per requirement due to good quality of fabric or with less trend GSM or less CPR (cut panel rejection to save the fabric. * Follow up and make coordination with fabric team upon receipt the required EFR (excess fabric requirement) fabric to meet ultimate garments shipment. Prepare monthly fabric closing report. Prepare monthly save and excess fabric report. |

| Age 28 to 35 years B.Sc. Engineering in IPE/ Textile/ Honors or Masters (having Science background) from reputed public or private university. At least 4/5 years of experience in Textile Planning at Dyeing and Finishing section. |
