| Job Responsibilities |
| * Ensure on time Trims & Accessories availability in coordination with the procurement and store. * Collect sample for each order and analyze the required material details from the sample and also get detail material specification from Merchandiser given checklist. * Collect daily accessories in-house status and updated inventory record of each order from store and sort out if there any accessories are pending and or shortfall for required qty. * Monitor/ follow up trims and accessories receive, issue to production and stock level. * Prepare accessories receiving and balance statement with all relevant info and circulate all concern relevant one for their review and further next processing step. * Get updated about all accessories status, communicate with Procurement team for pending or balance quantities and make in follow up upon receipt the accessories. * Troubleshoot and try to resolve any accessories related issues for production lines smooth continuity as well as on time shipment. * Coordinate with Merchandising, Procurement and Accessories store to ensuring to have on time trims and accessories booking sheet/ checklist and correct approved trim card. * Make strong follow up with Procurement and store to to have timely all required trims and accessories. * Make follow up with sewing and finishing floor to check consumption/ utilization of trims and accessories and take action to reduce waste or missing. |

| Age 28 to 35 years B.Sc. Engineering in IPE/ Textile/ Honors or Masters (Having Science background) from reputed public or private university. At least 4/5 years of experience in Garments Planning. |
