Job Responsibilities |
* Set Manpower Budget of Garments as per Plan Requirement & Proceed Requisition for recruitment if needed for shortage or replacement. * Review Cutting SMV & Finishing SMV & Printing and Embroidery SMV for each Style & make it standardized and coordinate to maintain SMV Databank. * Review Sewing Operation Bulletin for each Style & Make Optimal Balance before dispatching to Floor. * Monitor production target setting & Lead production follow up meeting regular basis. * Monitor and Verify daily OT Plan based on Production Plan requirement. * Monitor hourly production, target achievement and efficiency regular basis. Monitor Productivity and Efficiency daily basis & drive to enhance further. * Review with planning team regarding monthly production plan and capacity. * Review order status with planning team to meet on time shipment schedule. * Review machine budget monthly and weekly basis. * Find out standard capacity, review current trend of capacity utilization and take steps to optimize it. * Set KPIs for measuring factory performance and Plan to improve the performance. * Prepare and implement master rollout plan to train all employees to develop their skills. * Reduce non value adding activities & drive to create Standardization and Simplication of Process. * Facilitate Continual Improvement initiatives systematically implementing concepts of Lean Six Sigma. * Troubleshoot all sort IE issues & Make it resolved. * Coordinate to keep update skill matrix of all workers. * Monitor IE team and ensure that time study, capacity study and method study are being conducted regular basis. Coordinate to reduce NPT consulting all responsible department. * Coordinate to reduce style changeover time maintaining QCO technique. * Coordinate to implement best method collaborating with OB team and maintenance department. * Lead and Coordinate new operator, multi machine skilled operator, multi process skilled operator development program under training room. * Formulate and conduct training program for QI (cutting, sewing, finishing) to develop their technical skill. * Formulate and conduct training program for staff (cutting, sewing, finishing and QA) to develop their managerial and technical skill. * Facilitate and promote kaizen events into the factory. * Analyze and prepare regular reports on production performance, including production output, efficiency and identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. * Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. * Implement lean manufacturing principles and best practices to optimize production processes. |

Additional Requirements |
Age 35 to 40 years B.Sc. Engineering in IPE/Textile from reputed public or private university. At least 10/12 years of experience in Garments IE. Having Knowledge on GSD and Lean Six Sigma will get preference. |
