| * Cosmo Consumer Products Ltd. is a fast-growing FMCG company, proudly promoting its flagship product Jonaki Mosquito Coil—a trusted name in household mosquito protection. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) who will drive the growth of our brand, lead regional sales teams, and ensure execution excellence in assigned territories. * Lead and manage the regional sales team to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.Monitor both primary and secondary sales, ensuring consistent growth across all sales channels.Conduct regular market visits, assess distribution health, and provide guidance to Distributors, TSMs, and DSRs for improved sales performance. * Actively participate in the formulation and execution of sales strategies, promotions, and trade schemes. * Organize and conduct monthly/quarterly sales review meetings, analyze performance gaps, and initiate corrective measures. |
