| Job Responsibilities |
| * To develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our services and drive customer acquisition and retention. * Maintain new training content for products and processes and ensure that it is kept up to date with changes in product or process. * Primary goal will be to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and ultimately contribute to the company's revenue growth. * Prepare different type of product presentation module · * Prospect and secure new customers to bolster the company's sales. * Identify and contact potential guest via Social Media networking. * Qualify leads, schedule meetings with Guest. * Follow up with leads generated by the marketing team to convert them into prospects. * Present the company’s value proposition effectively during initial interactions with guest. * Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to answer client queries confidently. * Coordinate with clients to confirm meeting details, share necessary materials, and ensure a guest services experience. * Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Operation Manager, highlighting lead generation activities, guest interactions, and meeting outcomes. * Key Qualifications * Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Ability to manage and motivate a sales team (commission-based agents).Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. |
