Job Responsibilities
* We are a fast-growing digital media and education platform seeking a skilled and passionate YouTube SEO Expert to join our team in Nilkhet, Dhaka. If you have hands-on experience in optimizing YouTube content for maximum reach and engagement, we want to hear from you! * 🔷Key Responsibilities: * 1. Optimize YouTube videos (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails) for higher visibility and ranking * 2. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for video content * 3. Monitor YouTube Analytics to measure performance and suggest improvements. * 4. Develop and implement strategies for channel growth, subscriber increase, and higher watch time * 5. Collaborate with video editors and content creators to ensure SEO best practices6. Stay up-to-date with YouTube algorithm updates and trends. * 🔷Requirements: * Proven experience in YouTube SEO with measurable results. * Strong understanding of YouTube’s ranking factors and algorithm Proficiency in tools like TubeBuddy, VidIQ, Google Trends, etc. * Basic knowledge of video marketing strategyGood communication and analytical skills * Ability to work from the office full-time
