| Job Responsibilities |
| * The incumbent monitor both routine and preventive maintenance functions of Cutting, Sewing as well as Auxiliary machines * Check maintenance performance register regularly to analyze routine & preventive maintenance requirements * Develop different parts (folder, guides etc) based on IE and production in order to achieve productivity and quick changeover * Take corrective action at regular basis and ensure uninterrupted production * Participate in PP meetings to address and mitigate machine related issues (including availability) well in advance * Maintain spare parts budget within approval and maintains proper documentation * Communicate with team members to ensure transparent and smooth communication * Communicate with machine suppliers in order to get rental machines timely |
