| Job Responsibilities |
| * 1) Support the Management in arriving at profitability analysis, product pricing, project costing, budgeting, MIS, etc. * 2) Ensure adequate Cash flow to meet the company's needs. * 3) Maintaining the accounts of the company and financial reporting to different authorities. * 4) Monitoring of Cash flow & Fund flow as per company policy. * 5) Checking and reviewing the monthly financial statements. * 6) To generate various financial reports periodically. * 7) Preparation of monthly accounts with necessary sub-schedules of the company. * 8) Responsible for preparing the financial statements, including project-wise (weekly, monthly, half yearly & annually) (Trial Balance, Receipt & Payments, P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash flow). * 9) Capable to prepare monthly, quarterly & yearly Budget & Budget variance. * 10) Check & review all kinds of transactions as per compliance with company policies/laws & regulations. * 11) Responsible to prepare Annual final accounts, periodical accounts statements of the company. * 12) Responsible to maintain accounts for staff income tax, company taxes, VAT etc. * 13) Responsible to prepare various monthly bills of the company for payment. * 14) Preparation of yearly Budget and five-year integrated plan. * 15) Maintaining Fixed Asset Register including stock registers for the company. * 16) Recording and maintenance of the company assets & Accounts. * 17) To identify and develop strategies to optimize the financial Management/administration. * 18) Analyses compliance issues for take necessary steps. * 19) Be fully conversant with the relevant provision in the Tax & VAT Act with rules & SROs issued by NBR from time to time. * 20) Analysis of monthly and yearly GP, NP, Sale, collection and cost of fund. * 21) Conduct financial monitoring of the office. * 22) Handle Internal/External Audit of the company and prepare management response on audit findings. * 23) Responsible to handle all bank relevant functions properly. * 24) Any other activities as and when required by the Management. |

| Age 35 to 42 years *Candidates should be Masters in Accounting with Chartered Accountancy (CA) Qualified. ACA/FCA are preferred. * Candidates having minimum 8 years of experiences in Manufacturing Industries· * should have the capacity to work with different Accounting/ ERP based software· * should have strong analytical & reporting skills· * should be proactive, self-motivated, devoted & result oriented |
