Job Responsibilities |
* MBM Group, a leading name in Bangladesh’s RMG sector, is looking for an experienced and skilled Manager to oversee its Store Operations at our facility. The ideal candidate must have relevant experience in store management, preferably in the garments or manufacturing industry, and must be proficient in computer use and inventory systems. * Job Responsibilities: * Manage overall store operations including material receiving, issuing, and storage. * Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure regular updates in the system. * Coordinate with the procurement and production departments for timely material support. * Supervise and guide store personnel to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. * Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all store-related activities. * Efficiently operate inventory management software and MS Office tools, particularly Excel. * Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation. * Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance within the store premises. |

Additional Requirements |
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the RMG or manufacturing sector. Must be proficient in using computers and inventory software. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment. |
