| * We are one of the largest trim and packaging manufacturing companies in Bangladesh, and we are currently seeking a talented and experienced Deputy Manager, Sourcing in our team. Lead and manage all aspects of the supply chain process, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution. * Develop and implement strategic supply chain initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery within the organization. * Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and sales, to ensure alignment in supply chain activities and services. * Analyze market trends and internal data to forecast demand and ensure adequate supply levels to meet customer needs. * Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to negotiate contracts and secure favorable terms. * Monitor supply chain performance metrics and implement continuous improvement measures to optimize processes. * Manage a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high levels of performance and professional development. * Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all aspects of supply chain operations. |
