We take pride in our commitment to excellence, hygiene, and local culinary excellence. * Key Responsibilities: * Oversee day-to-day catering operations across multiple sites and event locations * Plan, organize, and manage all catering services including menu planning, food preparation, delivery, and staff coordination * Ensure all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to company standards * Coordinate with chefs, kitchen staff, logistics, and service teams * Maintain cost control and manage budgets for catering events * Uphold food safety, hygiene, and quality standards * Liaise with clients to customize menus and ensure high levels of satisfaction * Lead, train, and motivate catering teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations * Manage inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships |
