Job Context |
Job Responsibilities |
* Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and conducting interviews. * Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programs. * Maintain employee records and ensure all HR databases are up-to-date. * Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures and provide guidance to staff. * Support performance management activities, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback. * Assist in handling employee relations issues and ensuring a positive work environment. * Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge. * Manage leave and attendance records, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting. * Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review. * Coordinate with senior management regarding any HR related tasks. * Assist in evaluation of internal & external stakeholders. * Prepare bills for British Council. * Maintain employee exit formats to ensure efficient database management. * Coordinate with section heads to collect reports and review them to maintain standard service. |
