| * Supervise and monitor the Depot Officers and Store Officers to ensure smooth operation of the depots. * Conduct depot audit on a regular basis. * Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies. * Take necessary steps to prevent financial anomalies. * Conduct depots and market visit on a regular basis. * Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports on depot operations. * Follow up market collection. * Ensure proper credit control matrix of depot. * Maintain liaison and coordinate with sales, distribution and other departments to ensure uninterrupted operation. * Manage the depot's budget effectively and ensure cost-effective operations. * Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and service delivery. * Prepare different types of reports and provide as per requirements. |
