| * Energypac Engineering Ltd., the leading and largest power engineering company of private sector in Bangladesh takes pride to achieve excellence in design, development, manufacturing, erection, and commissioning of Transformers, Switchgears and other electrical equipments. In its continual endeavor of growth, the company requires the following position to be filled immediately. * Major Responsibilities: * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, IAS, ISA & other regulations). * Organizing Board Meeting and preparing Board Meeting minutes as per agenda. * Oversee costing of products, Analyze cost variances and ensure accurate cost allocation (raw material, labor, utilities, overheads). * Monitor production efficiency and suggest cost control measures with the reference of actual vs budgeted cost * Supervise financial data entry and reporting in ERP systems. * Develop and generate timely MIS reports for senior management. Ensure integration of accounts with production and inventory modules. |

Should have strong foundation in understanding the whole spectrum of finance related matters including financial risk management.
